Salesforce Business Analyst - Poland Based - Remote - 6 Month Contract!
We are currently representing an industry leading manufacturing client of ours who have just released an exciting new opportunity. Our client is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to support and enhance their Salesforce platform across key business functions.
This role will suit a hands on Business Analyst with strong Salesforce knowledge and experience working with Sales and Service cloud.
Key Responsibilities- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and Salesforce technical teams
- Gather, analyse, and document business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions
- Support and optimise Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams within a manufacturing environment
- 5+ years’ experience within Salesforce
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
