TOSCA Test Lead; f​/m​/x

Join us on a large-scale SAP S/4

HANA migration project! In collaboration with a client, a world-renowned company recognized for innovative solutions in molecular diagnostics and life sciences, you will be responsible for quality across multiple project streams and ensure alignment between business, IT, and technical teams for smooth delivery. You will define and execute the QA strategy, coordinate test efforts, and support effective testing in complex, transformative environments.

This role is suitable for professionals with proven experience in SAP S/4

HANA transformations and test automation, who can maintain high-quality standards and contribute to strategic program success.

• Define and execute the end-to-end QA and testing strategy for SAP S/4
  
  HANA migration, covering SIT, UAT, regression, and cutover activities
• Lead test planning, estimation, environment setup, and defect governance, ensuring comprehensive coverage of business-critical processes
• Review and challenge solution designs and delivery approaches to ensure quality, risk mitigation, and testability
• Coordinate and align multiple test teams, vendors, and system integrators while providing clear quality reporting to stakeholders
• Act as a trusted QA advisor, proactively identifying risks related to data migration, integrations, and cutover readiness

• At least 5 years of experience in QA/Testing, including senior or lead roles
• Proven involvement in at least one full SAP S/4
  
  HANA migration or large SAP transformation
• Strong knowledge of SAP end-to-end business processes, integration testing, data validation, and cutover activities
• Hands-on experience with TOSCA and defect management
• Excellent English communication skills (B2/C1) and the ability to influence stakeholders across IT, business, and vendors
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
