We are looking for an experienced Webcon BPS Administrator / Analyst who will provide technical and functional support during the implementation phase and play a key role in shaping the future Webcon team.
What you will do- Administration and configuration of the Webcon BPS platform
- Technical and functional support of the ongoing Webcon implementation
- Designing and optimizing business processes on the platform
- Maintaining and further developing the Webcon environment
- Collaborating with IT and business stakeholders
- Creating and maintaining platform documentation and standards
- Minimum 3 years of experience with Webcon BPS
- Strong hands-on experience as a Webcon administrator
- Deep knowledge of Webcon platform configuration
- English at B2 level or higher
- Good understanding of business process analysis
