We are seeking a CRM Analyst to support and grow our email marketing program through data-driven insights and experimentation. This role will work closely with the Email Marketing team to analyze campaign performance, uncover opportunities, and design growth-focused experiments aimed at improving engagement, conversion, and overall CRM effectiveness.
The ideal candidate is analytical, curious, and commercially minded, with a strong ability to translate data into actionable insights and testable hypotheses.
Key Responsibilities- Partner closely with the Email Marketing team to analyse CRM and campaign performance.
- Evaluate email campaign results, including engagement, conversion, and customer behaviour metrics.
- Use data to identify opportunities for optimisation and growth within the email marketing channel.
- Design, propose, and evaluate data-driven experiments to test hypotheses and improve performance.
- Develop clear insights and recommendations to inform campaign strategy and decision-making.
- Build and maintain reporting and dashboards to track performance and experiment outcomes.
- Support continuous improvement of CRM processes, segmentation, and targeting strategies.

- Proven experience in a CRM Analyst, Marketing Analyst, or similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign and customer data.
- Experience working with email marketing data and lifecycle communications.
- Experience designing and evaluating experiments (A/B testing, hypothesis testing).
- Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Clear, actionable insights that improve email campaign performance.
- Well-designed experiments that drive measurable growth.
- Strong collaboration with the Email Marketing team.
