• Own end‑to‑end BI solutions from requirements gathering to deployment and ongoing support.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports, dashboards, and datasets to support business intelligence needs across functions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to translate business requirements into technical specifications and interactive visualizations

• Build and optimize robust data models
  , handling data integration, transformation, and relationships.
• Assist and train business users in self‑service analytics
  , empowering them to interact with dashboards and extract insights.
• Demonstrate ability to mentor junior BI analysts/developers and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams.

• Proven experience as a Power BI Architect or Consultant
  , including designing governance frameworks and deployment pipelines.
• Strong understanding of ETL tools such as SSIS, Azure Data Factory, or similar data integration platforms.
• Expertise in data visualization principles
  , including chart selection, dashboard storytelling, and UI best practices.
• Hands‑on experience with Power BI Service/Server
  —workspace management, app deployment, dataset refresh configuration, and governance.
• Ability to lead projects and mentor team members effectively.
• Experience with embedded analytics or integrating Power BI into custom applications.
