You’ll join a dynamic, fast‑growing training team that’s shaping how customers, partners, and employees learn and succeed. As an Associate Product Trainer, you’ll have the opportunity to influence global training standards, create engaging learning experiences, and work with cutting‑edge tools and content. This role offers variety, impact, and the chance to develop your expertise in a collaborative environment while helping Cloud Pay deliver world‑class training.
Please note this role can be based in Costa Rica, Hungary, or Poland to cover AMER and EMEA region times, depending on training schedules.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver live virtual training sessions and webinars for new customers, internal employees, and global partners.
- Assist in developing training materials, including step‑by‑step user guides, video tutorials, and platform checklists.
- Master the end‑to‑end payroll lifecycle to explain how the platform interface interacts with our managed services.
- Collaborate with the Compliance and Product teams to update training content in response to new software releases or changes in international regulations.
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) by tracking user progress and maintaining training schedules.
- Gather and analyze participant feedback to continuously improve training effectiveness.
- Working knowledge and proven experience in training, teaching, customer success, or a similar communication‑heavy role.
- High technical aptitude: the ability to quickly learn complex software and explain data‑driven workflows.
- Strong presentation skills: ability to engage a diverse, international audience over video conferencing.
- Excellent writing skills: ability to turn technical jargon into easy‑to‑follow instructions.
- Detail‑oriented: understanding that in payroll, accuracy is the top priority.
- Global mindset: awareness of and sensitivity to different cultural norms and business practices.
- Strong English speaking and writing ability.
- Training Satisfaction:
Achieving high scores on post‑session feedback surveys. - User Adoption:
Tracking the speed at which trainees successfully complete their first "Live Pay Run". - Content Accuracy:
Ensuring all training materials are current with the latest platform version and global tax laws.
