The Opportunity
We are looking for a high-energy, highly creative Marketing Executive to help shape and amplify Vertex Agility’s voice in the market.
This is not a passive or junior role. You will be hands-on, proactive, and expected to generate ideas, create content, and drive measurable growth across our digital channels. You will work closely with senior leadership, consultants, and sales teams, with real visibility and ownership from day one.
AI is increasingly playing a large part in marketing, a big part of your role will be leveraging the power that this new technology and tool suite can bring to the function. You must be excited and interested in what AI can bring to marketing - this position expects curiosity and energy.

Key Responsibilities
Content & Website
- Write and publish company news, updates, and press releases
- Create regular blog content aligned to our core technology verticals
- Ensure content is commercially relevant and supports sales and business development conversations
Social Media & Brand Growth
- Own and grow Vertex Agility’s Linked In presence as the primary social channel
- Create and distribute high-quality, engaging content targeted at decision-makers and senior technologists
- Increase audience engagement, reach, and inbound interest through consistent posting and experimentation
- Track performance and produce simple, clear monthly analytics and insights
- Monitor industry trends, technology news, and competitor activity
- Curate and surface relevant insights for consultants and leadership to use in client conversations and business development
- Act as a bridge between market activity and internal commercial teams
PR & Communications
- Support the creation and distribution of press releases
- Identify opportunities for external visibility, partnerships, and local or industry press coverage
Campaigns & Newsletters
- Generate content for internal communications
- Design and launch an external newsletter (concept, content, structure)
- Support campaigns aligned to new service launches, partnerships, and strategic initiatives
What We’re Looking For:
- High energy, drive, and personal ownership
- Strong written English with the ability to adapt tone for different audiences
- Creativity combined with commercial awareness
- Comfort working independently in a remote-first environment
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple streams of work
- Good technology understanding
- Experience in B2B marketing, ideally in technology, consulting, or professional services
- Familiarity of the application of AI to marketing.
- Familiarity with Linked In analytics, basic SEO principles, and content performance tracking
- Confidence working directly with senior stakeholders
- Background of Marketing withing technology service provider
