UST is looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead a large‑scale, multi‑site rollout of a next‑generation production scheduling platform across North America and Europe.

This mission‑critical program includes delivery oversight of Kinaxis and Planet Together deployments, tight coordination with internal and external stakeholders, and control of governance, financials, and vendor execution.

• Develop and drive end‑to‑end program plans across all phases
• Manage scope, milestones, dependencies, timeline risk, and governance
• Maintain integrated schedules and enforce change control discipline

• Serve as the delivery lead for Kinaxis implementations
• Ensure integration readiness, UAT cycles, cutover planning, and hyper‑care
• Enforce technical and process standards across all sites

• Lead distributed teams across North America, Europe, and India
• Establish governance, reporting cadence, and escalation paths
• Facilitate alignment with business sponsors and executive stakeholders
• Manage external partners, SOW scope control, and vendor performance
• Track budgets including Cap Ex/OpEx and ROI impact
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting

• Oversee training and organizational transition activities
• Support post‑go‑live stabilization and adoption maturity

12+ years in program or technical project management

Proven delivery of multi‑site, multi‑region enterprise applications

Hands‑on experience with large implementations in Kinaxis

Experience working with SAP and manufacturing system integrations

Vendor management and commercial ownership experience

Leadership of globally distributed teams

Strong governance, budget control, and executive‑facing communication

• Experience with Planet Together or other APS systems
• Background in Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing, or MES
• Familiarity with Data Stream or similar consulting models
