Support Engineer with Finnish

If you love interacting with a diverse range of people and you are eager to go ahead and help them in sorting out their problems, then you can definitely take up this career with us!

• You will talk with the clients (via email, chat and phone) in order to help them solve their IT issues: account password reset, Internet connectivity issues, emailing options etc.;
• You will log in remotely to clients' computer in order to solve the software issues easily;
• You will document the issues that you deal with on a daily basis into the ticketing system;
• Troubleshooting hardware, software and network related issues;
• Escalating problems to the next level of support when necessary;

• Fluent Finnish (min. B2+) and English;
• Eagerness to learn new technologies;
• Must be a problem solver;
• Positive, can do attitude and ability to work in a team;
• Ability to cope with stress and workload.

• First experience in IT environment;
