Location: Town of Poland

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Technical Project Manager who understands Dev Ops tech stack to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will lead a couple of technology initiatives across customer department (vulnerability reduction, IAM access clean up, oracle remediation, etc.)

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field
  • 6+ years of total experience in IT domain (preferably Dev Ops, but also could be SW engineering)
  • 3+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycle SDLC practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Experience in stakeholder management at various organizational levels
  • Excellent documentation and reporting skills
  • Experience with project estimation and resource planning
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira)
  • PMO or Agile certifications such as Certified Scrum Professional (CSP, SAFe Scrum Master, RTE etc., or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar
Preferred
  • Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, GCP)
  • Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools
  • Experience running larger overarching technology initiatives across an organization would be a big plus
  • Knowledge of Lean principles and Kanban
  • Experience in a multinational or distributed team environment Familiarity with budgeting and resource allocation in Agile projects
Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management
  • Responsible for executing of technology initiatives across customer's department
  • Supports entire lifecycle of each feature from idea/documentation to implementation and integration across applicable teams
  • Structures and prioritizes initiatives by active communication with Stakeholders and leveraging team's pain points
  • Ensures smooth development and deployments of features on time in budget
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Communicate project status, risks, and issues to senior management and stakeholders
  • Manage expectations and negotiate resources across multiple departments
  • Facilitate conflict resolution and decision‑making processes
  • Resource Management
  • Plan and optimize resource allocation
  • Manage capacity planning and team workload
  • Coordinate with other delivery managers for resource sharing
  • Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure delivery quality meets organization standards
  • Implement and maintain quality metrics
  • Monitor and report on project health indicators
  • Facilitate Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives)
  • Coach teams and stakeholders on Agile methodologies and best practices
  • Remove impediments and foster a high-performance team environment
