Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate closely with business stakeholders in Supply Chain to thoroughly understand requirements, define the associated business value, and precisely identify the data needed for business dashboards and self‑service datasets.
Prioritize business requirements and dashboard features to ensure maximum business impact and alignment with strategic objectives.
Partner with Data/Business Analysts and SAP Functional consultants to identify required data fields, validate data sources (especially within SAP S/4
HANA), and ensure high data quality and availability for reporting.
Experience:
Design professional dashboard mock‑ups and wireframes with a focus on intuitive, user‑friendly design and ease‑of‑use (UX/UI).
Work alongside Analytical Engineers to facilitate the development, testing, and deployment of high‑value dashboards and self‑service datasets.
Define comprehensive test cases and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the delivered solution meets all specified business requirements.
- Experience:
A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst within the supply chain domain. - Technical Acumen:
Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis. - SAP
Experience:
Prior working experience with SAP S/4
HANA (MM, SD) is a significant advantage. - Communication & Analysis:
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to gather complex business requirements and accurately translate them into technical data needs. - Data Visualization:
Demonstrated ability to translate complex business use cases and functional requirements into effective data visualization prototypes. - Documentation:
Proficiency in creating detailed requirements documents, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
