IFS Programme Manager – Cloud Migration & Enterprise Implementation

We are seeking an experienced IFS Programme Manager to lead a multi-phase IFS transformation programme within a complex, global, regulated manufacturing environment.

The role will initially focus on migrating an existing IFS landscape to IFS Cloud
, followed by the design and execution of a full-scale IFS implementation across large operational entities, including manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and commercial operations.

This is a senior, hands‑on programme leadership role requiring deep IFS delivery experience, strong stakeholder management, and the ability to operate confidently in a regulated, multi‑entity environment.

• Own end-to-end programme delivery for the IFS Cloud migration and subsequent enterprise implementation
• Define programme structure, governance, milestones, and success metrics
• Establish and run programme steering committees, design authorities, and delivery forums
• Ensure alignment between business strategy, operational needs, and ERP design
• Lead assessment of the current IFS landscape and readiness for Cloud migration
• Define migration strategy, scope, sequencing, and risk mitigation
• Coordinate technical, functional, data, and integration work streams
• Ensure business continuity and regulatory compliance during transition
• Lead blueprinting and rollout of IFS Cloud across large operational entities
• Oversee core modules including:
  Finance & Accounting, Manufacturing & Shop Floor, Supply Chain & Inventory, Asset Management, Quality & Compliance
• Drive standardisation where possible while managing justified local deviations
• Act as the primary interface between business leadership, IT, and system integrators
• Manage SI partners, third‑party vendors, and internal delivery teams
• Challenge solution designs where needed to protect long‑term scalability and maintainability

• Proven experience as a Programme Manager or Senior Project Manager on IFS implementations
• Direct experience with IFS Cloud and/or major IFS version upgrades
• Track record of delivering ERP programmes in large, complex operational environments
• Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes in manufacturing and supply chain contexts

• Background in medical devices
  , life sciences, or other regulated manufacturing industries
• Experience working in environments with strong quality, compliance, and audit requirements

• Strong governance, planning, and financial control capabilities
• Excellent stakeholder management at executive and operational levels
• Ability to operate both strategically and hands‑on when needed
• Confident decision‑maker with a pragmatic, delivery‑focused mindset

• Experience with multi‑entity or global rollouts
• Exposure to integrations with SFDC, or quality systems
• Prior responsibility for data migration, validation, and cutover planning in regulated environments

• A stable, well‑governed migration to IFS Cloud with minimal business disruption
• A scalable, standardised IFS solution rolled out to major operational entities
• Strong business adoption and confidence in the ERP platform as a long‑term backbone
