IT Business Analyst
We are seeking a Senior SAP AFC Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Closing Cockpit content, enabling standardized and compliant financial close processes across entities.
You will collaborate with finance teams and technical stakeholders to ensure accurate, efficient global period-end operations. Join us to shape world-class financial closure solutions and make a significant impact.
Responsibilities- Design Closing Cockpit tasks, templates, and calendars
- Configure Closing Cockpit activities and dependencies based on global close processes
- Align Closing Cockpit setup with Advanced Financial Controls and audit requirements
- Coordinate harmonization of local and global closing tasks
- Configure authorizations, roles, and responsibilities in SAP AFC
- Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, defect resolution, and data validation
- Roll out Closing Cockpit solutions to multiple countries and entities
- Prepare comprehensive user documentation and training materials
- Advise finance teams on change management strategies
- Collaborate with SAP Solution Lead, Finance, Security, and BPA teams to ensure project goals
- 6+ years SAP Finance experience
- Hands‑on SAP Closing Cockpit and Advanced Financial Controls expertise
- Strong knowledge of period‑end closing processes
- Experience in multi‑entity or global SAP template implementations
- Understanding of financial controls, compliance, and audit requirements
- Ability to work collaboratively with finance business users
- Strong problem‑solving abilities
- SAP certification in Financial Accounting
- Experience with SAP Security and Authorizations
- Exposure to SAP BPA (Business Process Automation)
- Knowledge of international finance compliance standards
