Job summary:We are seeking an ERP Business Analyst to join our team and optimize our business processes within the manufacturing and field service sectors. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with any enterprise resource planning (ERP) system and a strong understanding of end‑to‑end manufacturing workflows and field service operations. This role is a key liaison between business stakeholders, internal IT, and external partners to ensure our ERP systems align with strategic business goals and drive operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities:- Business Process Analysis: Conduct detailed analysis of current manufacturing and field service business processes to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and opportunities for optimization.
- Requirements Gathering: Elicit, document, and manage detailed business requirements by working with key stakeholders in manufacturing, logistics, and field service departments.
- ERP Solution Design: Translate complex business needs into functional specifications for new ERP configurations, customizations, and modules related to manufacturing and field service.
- Field Service Expertise: Act as a subject‑matter expert on field service operations, including work order management, resource scheduling, mobile applications, and parts management, ensuring these processes are effectively integrated into the ERP.

Experience:
Leverage your understanding of manufacturing principles, such as production planning, supply chain management, inventory control, and quality assurance, to improve ERP system functionality. - System Configuration and Testing: Configure ERP system settings, develop test plans, and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that all solutions meet business requirements.
- End‑User Support and Training: Provide training and support to end‑users in manufacturing plants and field service teams to maximize their adoption and effective use of the ERP system.
- Reporting and Data Analysis: Develop reports and dashboards using tools like SQL, Power BI, or Tableau to provide actionable insights into operational performance for management.
- Project Leadership: Lead or participate in projects related to ERP system enhancements, upgrades, or new module implementations, managing timelines and stakeholder expectations.

Collaboration:
Serve as a bridge between technical development teams, IT, vendors, and non‑technical business departments to ensure clear communication and alignment.
