Position: Data Analyst (NXJ-98)
Location: Town of Poland

We’re looking for an external Data Analyst ready to dive into platform data, build strong models, and turn insights into clear, impactful reporting. You’ll own analytical outputs and dashboards, extract key KPIs, run deep analyses, and contribute data-driven features to machine learning models. You’ll work closely with internal teams, quickly grasp business and client needs, and help deliver high-quality analytical outputs to customers.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the data team to build and deploy ML classification and regression models (e.g., customer churn, segmentation, recommender systems)
  • Clean and transform data, ensuring strong data quality across all stages of acquisition and processing
  • Gather and analyze external data sources to support modeling and insights
  • Work with large, complex datasets that include multiple variables and business constraints
  • Turn data into clear business insights and communicate the story behind the numbers
  • Support and improve reporting tools and analytical dashboards.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of industry experience as a Data Analyst within a Data Science or Analytics team
  • Strong experience with code versioning tools (e.g., Git Hub)
  • Excellent Python skills and solid knowledge of core data libraries (Pandas, Num Py, etc.)
  • Strong skills in data extraction, exploration, and deep analysis
  • Hands‑on experience with feature engineering
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross‑functional teams
  • Strong communication skills and a structured, problem‑solving approach
  • Proven ability to break down complex problems into manageable steps
  • Upper‑Intermediate (B2) English or higher
Will be a plus
  • Experience with advanced data visualization libraries (e.g., Seaborn, Plotly)
  • Experience with statistical feature selection methods
  • Background in Insurance or Fin Tech
  • Strong Excel skills
