You will fully own how our brand is represented on external review platforms (Trust Pilot, Site Jabber, App Store, Google Play, etc.).

Your mission is to build a scalable, data-driven review operations system that protects trust, minimizes fake or misleading reviews, and turns real user feedback into product insights.

• Detect and remove fake or policy-violating reviews
• Build and maintain a clear review classification system (root cause, theme, severity, action)
• Design workflows and SLAs for review handling
• Monitor reputation risks and review dynamics
• Work cross-functionally with Support, Product, SERM, Legal
• Own relationships with review platforms
• Drive automation and AI initiatives in review operations
• Prepare reports and insights for leadership

• 1.5+ years in reputation management, review platforms, or user feedback roles
• Strong understanding of how review platforms work
• Excellent written English for public responses
• Analytical mindset and structured thinking
• Experience with processes, dashboards, and data
• High ownership, proactivity, and attention to detail
