• proven experience in a role such as Dev Ops Lead, Senior Dev Ops Engineer or Site Reliability Engineer,
• strong expertise in designing, building and operating cloud environments, preferably on Microsoft Azure,
• hands‑on experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CDK, Pulumi or similar),
• solid understanding of designing scalable, reliable and secure system architectures,
• ability to lead and coordinate the work of engineers in a growing or distributed team,
• experience collaborating closely with technical leaders and senior stakeholders,
• background in large‑scale, multi‑team or enterprise environments,
• exposure to AI‑related, agent‑based or platform‑oriented projects (nice to have).

• Rate:
  150 - 190 PLN
