TECHNICAL SUPPORT with FRENCH

Sofia/Bulgaria
Full Time job contract
As a FRENCH Technical Support Advisor you will work on simple or complex customer technical issues
Assist customers by diagnosing problems through probing and investigating causes and provide/recommend resolutions for technical and service issues
Advise customers within procedural guidelines to ensure a complete solution to their technical or service questions
Use troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify products that are defective and follow guidelines in issuing service calls/contacts
- Excellent communication skills in FRENCH language both written and spoken - C1
- Good command of English - B2
- 2800 BGN gross

Accommodation - we will cover 1 flight ticket (or any other mean of transport up to 300 EUR) and 2 weeks of hotel accommodation until employee rents his/her own apartment.
