• Receiving inbound calls from customers regarding printers, routers, e‑mails, etc.
• Analyzing issues correctly and selling the relevant plans and software.
• Inbound Technical Support Process for US Shift.
• Must have dialed in outbound tech process for more than 6 months.
• Must be able to close calls and take payments from the customers.
• Must be confident in pitching about the service plans to the customers.
• Must be very fluent in English.
• Must be comfortable for night shift.
