Full Time job contract

As a GERMAN Technical Support Advisor you will work on simple or complex customer technical issues, assist customers by diagnosing problems through probing and investigating causes and provide/recommend resolutions for technical and service issues, advise customers within procedural guidelines to ensure a complete solution to their technical or service questions, use troubleshooting techniques and tools to identify products that are defective and follow guidelines in issuing service calls/contacts.

• Excellent communication skills in GERMAN language both written and spoken - C1
• Good command of English - B2

• 2900 BGN gross

Accommodation - we will cover 1 flight ticket (or any other mean of transport up to 300 EUR) and 2 weeks of hotel accommodation until employee rents his/her own apartment.
