Oracle Financials Cloud Functional Consultant
Job Title: Oracle Financials Cloud Functional Consultant
Location: Remote
Duration: Full-Time
Key ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking an experienced Oracle Financials Cloud Functional Consultant to implement, configure, and support Oracle Financials Cloud modules for clients in Poland and across Europe. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and Oracle Cloud experts to deliver compliant, scalable, and high-quality financial solutions.
Functional Consulting- Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Financials Cloud modules:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CM)
- Expenses (optional)
- Conduct business requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.
- Configure Oracle Financials Cloud to meet business and statutory requirements.
- Prepare functional design documents (FBDs), setup documents, and test scripts.
- Ensure compliance with Polish statutory and tax requirements:
- Polish Chart of Accounts
- Local reporting and audit requirements
- Support financial reporting aligned with Polish GAAP and/or IFRS.
- Support SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
- Assist in data migration, validation, and reconciliation.
- Provide post-go-live support and stabilization.
- Act as a functional SME for Finance users.
- Work closely with technical teams for integrations, reports, and extensions.
- Train end users and prepare user documentation.
Skills & Qualifications Technical & Functional Skills
- 4+ years of experience in Oracle Financials (minimum 2+ years in Oracle Financials Cloud).
- Strong hands‑on experience in at least 2 core Financial modules (GL, AP, AR mandatory).
- Experience with Oracle Cloud setup and configurations.
- Good understanding of financial accounting processes.
- Strong knowledge of Polish finance and accounting practices.
- Experience supporting Polish VAT and statutory reporting.
- Ability to work with Polish‑speaking business users.
- Polish: Fluent (spoken and written)
- English: Good to Very Good
