Currently, for the new Seargin project we are looking for Business Analyst:

Business Analyst with expertise in Veeva Clinical and Clinical Operations processes but also hands-on experience in Data Modeling and Integrations.

• Act as a liaison between stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and alignment across diverse groups, including business users, clinical teams, and technology teams.
• Conduct comprehensive needs analysis to elicit, document, and prioritize business and system requirements for clinical trial-related processes, with a focus on site interactions and safety document distribution.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into detailed features, user stories, and corresponding acceptance criteria to guide development teams in delivering high-quality solutions.
• Drive process analysis and improvement by evaluating existing workflows and identifying opportunities for efficiency, scalability, and process standardization.
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the clinical trial domain, including clinical site operations, safety reporting requirements, and regulatory compliance in global contexts.
• Leverage past experience in large-scale, global, and cross-functional projects to ensure successful initiative delivery within complex, matrixed organizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement change management strategies that support process and technology adoption.
• Experience working with Veeva Clinical CTMS, Study Start-Up Module, or Site Connect is a strong plus.
