The opportunityService Now is a global tool widely used to manage business processes of Enterprise clients. As an architect, you would collaborate with project teams involved in the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Now Platform.
Your key responsibilitiesLead the technical design and implementation of the Service Now IRM module, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational standards.
Develop and maintain the architecture for IRM solutions, integrating with other Service Now modules and third‑party applications as needed.
Oversee the customization and configuration of the Service Now platform to meet specific IRM requirements, including risk assessment, compliance management, and audit management.
Cooperate closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure that solutions meet business needs.
Lead a team of developers in the creation of custom applications, workflows, and reports within the Service Now platform.
Implement best practices for testing and quality assurance to ensure that all solutions are robust, scalable, and maintainable.
Monitor system performance and usage metrics, making recommendations for improvements and optimizations.
Provide training and support to end‑users and administrators, ensuring they are equipped to utilize the IRM solutions effectively.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical designs, configurations, and processes to support knowledge transfer and compliance.
Stay updated on Service Now releases and IRM trends, advocating for continuous improvement and innovation within the platform.
Identify and mitigate technical risks associated with the implementation and operation of the IRM solutions.
Ensure that IRM solutions comply with relevant regulations and organizational policies.
To excel in this role, you must possess a comprehensive understanding of the platform and exhibit confidence when working through implementation, customization, or maintenance projects. This may be demonstrated through:
Outstanding knowledge of Now Platform architecture with a minimum 4+ years of experience
Experience in product customizations, integrations, implementation, or maintenance
Experience in project activities as a Service Now Technical Lead in Integrated Risk Management (GRC)
At least 4+ years of Service Now implementation experience
Advanced Service Now CAD or CIS certification for IRM
Demonstrated experience with at least two programming languages (JavaScript, C#, Java, or others)
Proven experience and advanced understanding of ITSM and GRC
English (C1) or other European languages would be an advantage, but not mandatory.
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field or an economic field
