As a Project Management Consultant specializing in DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) compliance, you will play a pivotal role in guiding HCLTech’s operational resilience initiatives within Germany. This position is vital for ensuring the organization’s Information and Communication Technology (ICT) assets supporting critical functions meet evolving regulatory requirements. You will provide expert consultancy and quality assurance to internal project managers, drive the assessment and remediation of ICT frameworks, and guarantee consistent, transparent program execution and reporting.

Your expertise will shape organizational resilience, mitigate cyber risks, and uphold regulatory standards.

• Advise cross-functional teams on best practices for digital operational resilience, ensuring alignment with DORA regulatory requirements.
• Lead and support the development, refinement, and implementation of processes to achieve DORA compliance across ICT assets, including User Access Management (UAM).
• Consult with project teams to integrate robust IT risk management measures, fostering resilience against cyber threats and Representatives disruptions.
• Partner with internal decision-makers to identify, evaluate, and address gaps in ICT frameworks relevant to DORA.
• Monitor, track, and report the progress of DORA compliance programs, providing actionable feedback and status updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and coordinationchaine across organizational units to ensure effective communication and execution of compliance initiatives.
• Deliver quality assurance and expert guidance throughout the lifecycle of DORA-related assessment and remediation projects.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in regulatory or IT-focused environments.
• Demonstrated success managing end-to-end complex projects/programs in multinational and global settings.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience using SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA, and Dev Ops tools.
• Fluency in English, with proven ability to work daily in a multilingual, multinational environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with eagerness to learn new expertise in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Foundational awareness of DORA regulations and their impact on ICT management.

• Conversational proficiency in German; written and spoken German language skills are a plus.
• In-depth knowledge of DORA and regulatory delivery processes.
• Familiarity with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) tools such as Clarity, Azure Dev Ops, and Jira.
• PMI/PRINCE2 or equivalent project management certification.
• Experience in regulatory delivery and compliance.
• Knowledge of Power BI for data analytics and reporting.
