The Role: We are seeking an Operations Engineer passionate about system operations, troubleshooting, and automation.
In this role, you’ll:
- Support and maintain our infrastructure
- Resolve operational issues
- Contribute to process improvements and automation

Key Responsibilities
- System Monitoring & Support:
Monitor system health and performance, respond to alerts, and resolve issues to ensure reliable operations. - Documentation:
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including runbooks and standard operating procedures (SOPs). - Operational Tasks:
Perform software updates, system patching, and manage user access. - Automation:
Identify opportunities for automation and contribute to scripting and tools development under guidance. - Collaboration:
Work with team members to ensure operational best practices are followed and continuously improved.
What You Bring
Technical
Skills:
- Basic Linux and/or Windows administration with troubleshooting abilities
- Exposure to scripting or programming (e.g., Python, Bash, Power Shell)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Azure) is a plus
- Awareness of monitoring and alerting tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana)
- Basic networking knowledge (IP addresses, DNS, troubleshooting)
Operational
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established procedures
- Interest in operational efficiency and scalable process development
- Ability to document processes and solutions clearly
Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Willingness to learn and collaborate with experienced engineers
- Strong communication skills with the ability to ask questions and seek help
- Proactive attitude and eagerness to contribute and grow
Basic Qualifications
- 2+ years in IT, system administration, or related field
- Foundational knowledge of operating systems, networking, or cloud technologies
- Experience with monitoring, logging, or cloud platforms
- Exposure to automation tools or practices
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) is a plus
- Passion for technology and solving real‑world problems
