• Build and enhance the DemoX Cloud infrastructure by developing scripts, functional improvements, and innovative environments running Pega Infinity software.
• Leverage AWS technologies to support global demo initiatives and collaborate with teams on infrastructure requirements.
• Maintain and optimize the DemoX Cloud
  , ensuring stability, cost efficiency, and governance while responding to outages and service interruptions.
• Provide advanced support and troubleshooting
  , including ticket management, root cause analysis, and documentation for knowledge sharing.

• Experienced professional with 5+ years in cloud engineering or related roles
  , bringing a proven track record of designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud infrastructure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  , with a commitment to continuous learning and certification.
• Deep technical expertise across cloud platforms (especially AWS), complemented by hands‑on experience with Linux systems, containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes), and automation tools.
• Hold or pursue certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Linux Professional Certification, and containerization credentials

• Strong troubleshooting and support skills
