The Digital team at Pegasystems creates, maintains, and continuously improves the websites that help people learn, sell, and buy Pega applications. The 8+ digital properties we work on span internal and external audiences across offices in North America, Europe, and the Asia Pacific region.

We seek an experienced React developer to join our growing global team. You will work with a diverse international team of developers, designers, and content creators to help shape React and web digital experiences.

• Lead Pega UI initiatives and provide solutions to complex problems
• Manage and coordinate work amongst a team of developers to ensure work is done on time
• Build and code enterprise-level React applications and UI design system
• Resolve complex issues reported on existing applications
• Partner with other IT teams to seamlessly integrate React applications and UI solutions with Pega’s enterprise systems
• Refine complex requirements into bite-sized technical specs
• Communicate effectively with project managers, product owners, and development team members to facilitate understanding of deliverables, estimates, and prioritization
• Help with the technical evolution of the Pega Digital IT React and Design System framework
• Implement development best practices
• Develop and maintain web applications using Node.js, Express, and other server-side technologies.
• Design and implement RESTful APIs
• Ensure the performance, scalability, and security of applications
• Identify and fix bugs and performance bottlenecks
