- Primarily serve as a quality assurance software tester
- Reviewing requirements and/or user stories to develop and execute test cases, scenarios and/or scripts
- Document and report test outcomes, including logging bugs or defects
- Develop a test plan, monitor and report progress, and identify and manage dependencies
- Testing all aspects of application components for compliance with the provided specifications and user stories. Ex: usability, functionality, exploratory, system, smoke, monkey, and compatibility testing
- Coordinate test activities, including technical and security testing, with other team members and OTS verticals
- Provide technical/non-technical knowledge transfer of testing processes.
- Develop and/or assist with project work plans, timelines, status reports, release notes, and other documentation; disseminate information as needed.
- Participate in all necessary team meetings and design sessions in accordance with Scrum ceremonies.
- Three (3) years of experience with quality assurance testing of application software using varied testing methodologies
- Three (3) years of experience in developing, identifying and validating appropriate test scripts and test data that ensures software functionality meets end user expectation
- Relevant software QA certifications
- Prior experience as a Business Analysts or Product Owner
- Prior experience documenting user stories or gathering requirements from stakeholders
- Prior experience creating user guide or onboarding materials
- Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops
- Previous work on a dynamic SCRUM team
