Our client, a top-tier Management Consulting firm, is seeking an experienced
Training Lead
to design, develop, and deliver transformational learning experiences for an enterprise-wide SAP implementation. This role will play a critical part in driving end-user adoption by leveraging the
Walk Me Digital Adoption Platform (DAP)and
SAP Enable Now
to create modern, interactive, and scalable learning solutions.
The Training Lead will partner closely with business process owners, Change Management, and IT teams to ensure users are equipped with the tools, knowledge, and confidence needed to adopt new systems and ways of working.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the end-to-end training strategy for global SAP initiatives, with a strong emphasis on digital adoption and self-guided learning.
- Develop and manage the global Training Plan, overseeing training developers and ensuring alignment across work streams for a large-scale SAP rollout.
- Design and build dynamic digital adoption assets using Walk Me, including Smart Walk-Thrus, Launchers, Shout Outs, validation rules, and automations.
- Create multi-modal learning content (eLearning, job aids, simulations, in-app support) using SAP Enable Now and related learning tools.
- Conduct learning needs assessments and map training requirements to roles, personas, and process impacts.
- Collaborate with Change Management to align communications, stakeholder engagement, and training milestones.
- Establish metrics, feedback loops, and continuous‑improvement mechanisms for training effectiveness and digital‑adoption outcomes.
- Deliver training sessions for key users and facilitate Train‑the‑Trainer (TTT) programs.
- 7+ years of experience in training, learning development, or digital adoption for enterprise systems.
- Experience leading training work streams for multiple global ERP implementations (SAP strongly preferred).
- Deep hands‑on experience building and deploying Walk Me solutions (Walk Me Builder required).
- Proficiency with SAP Enable Now, including creating simulations, guided tours, and knowledge assets.
- Working knowledge of SAP modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Field Service, or Manufacturing.
- Strong instructional design background with expertise in adult learning methodologies.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Walk Me certification(s)
- SAP training certification(s)
