We’re seeking a CRM Content Automation Manager who lives and breathes AI engineering and marketing personalization
.
This role focuses on building and scaling automated content generation systems that supercharge CRM campaigns through machine learning models, natural language processing, and LLM‑driven frameworks
.
You’ll design and implement the pipelines, models, and integrations that automate personalized content across millions of customers — making every message smart, contextual, and conversion‑focused.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute the AI content automation roadmap
. - Lead the development and fine‑tuning of in‑house LLMs tailored for CRM content generation, personalization, and localization (training, evaluation, optimization).
- Build and maintain scalable LLM and ML pipelines for automated personalization across email, push, and in‑app channels.
- Design prompt engineering frameworks and RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation) systems leveraging vector databases to contextualize and scale content generation.
- Integrate generative AI systems with existing CRM and martech tools.
- Implement governance systems to ensure content quality, brand consistency, and compliance
. - Use A/B and multivariate testing data to train reinforcement or recommendation models that optimize message variants automatically.
- Collaborate with marketing, data, and engineering teams to align AI outputs with brand and performance goals.
- Stay ahead of advancements in generative AI, LLM fine‑tuning, and marketing automation to continuously evolve Medier’s personalization engine.
- Proven use of AI in content workflows (prompting, drafting, repurposing, QA).
- Solid understanding of machine learning, NLP, and recommendation algorithms
. - Proven experience building or fine‑tuning large language models (LLMs).
- Familiarity with Lang Chain
, Hugging Face
, or equivalent frameworks for building and deploying custom LLM pipelines. - Strong Python skills and familiarity with Py Torch ,
Tensor Flow
, or similar ML frameworks.
Experience integrating AI systems into CRM, marketing, or personalization platforms
. - Background in Marketing Technology or AI‑driven growth experimentation is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to bridge creative, marketing, and technical teams.
- AI Product Managers or ML Leads with marketing tech experience.
- Data Scientists / ML Engineers with NLP or generative AI backgrounds.
- Technical Content or Personalization Leads who’ve built and scaled AI‑driven content systems.
