We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Citrix Engineer to join our client’s helpdesk team. The candidate must have a passion for technology and deep expertise in Citrix, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Net Scaler.

• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for Citrix environments, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Net Scaler.

• Manage and resolve complex technical issues escalated from Level 1 support teams.

• Perform system administration tasks, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of Citrix and Azure Virtual Desktop environments.

• Optimize and manage Net Scaler configurations to ensure high availability and performance.

• Collaborate with other IT teams to implement and support infrastructure projects.

• Develop and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

• Provide training and guidance to junior support staff.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure best practices are followed.

• 4-7 years of experience in a technical support or engineering role.

• Extensive experience with Citrix technologies, including Xen App, Xen Desktop, and Citrix Cloud.

• MS 365 Administration experience is nice-to-have

• Expertise in Azure Virtual Desktop, including deployment, management, and troubleshooting.

• Advanced knowledge of Citrix Net Scaler (ADC) for load balancing, SSL VPN, and application delivery.

• Strong understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Citrix Certified Professional - Virtualization (CCP‑V)

• Citrix Certified Expert - Virtualization (CCE‑V)

• Microsoft Certified:
  Azure Administrator

• Microsoft Certified:
  Azure Virtual Desktop Specialty

• Citrix Certified Professional - Networking (CCP‑N)

• Citrix Certified Expert - Networking (CCE‑N)
