Scrum Master, IT Project Manager
As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in driving agile delivery and fostering high-performing teams. You will lead and coach a distributed Scrum team, ensuring that agile values and practices are followed efficiently and effectively. Acting as a catalyst for change, you will inspire the team, challenge legacy mindsets, and champion continuous improvement across the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesOperating from the Orchestration squad, you will support the Tribe in increasing delivery efficiency and Agile maturity, including:
- Collaborate with the Product Owner to manage backlogs with high data quality and realign priorities when needed.
- Coach team members in Agile principles, practices, and metrics.
- Facilitate squad ceremonies to improve efficiency, autonomy, and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Act as an Agile ambassador, engaging stakeholders outside the Scrum team to clarify their role in supporting delivery.
- Manage dependencies between delivery teams within and across tribes.
- Demonstrate strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills; be assertive and persistent in removing team impediments.
- Apply deep understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and scaling agile in enterprise settings.
- Ensure compliance with Euroclear’s way of working within the squad.
- Communicate effectively, manage stakeholders, and lead change initiatives.
- Monitor performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Work closely with squad leads to promote team dynamics and psychological safety.
- Actively participate in the Scrum Master community.
- Experience in financial services or similarly regulated industries.
- Familiarity with tools such as Azure Dev Ops or similar agile management platforms.
- Exposure to Dev Ops, CI/CD, and modern software delivery practices.
- Proven experience as a Senior Scrum Master or Agile Coach in large, complex organizations.
- Certified Scrum Master with a strong track record of delivering change through Agile practices.
