Job DescriptionWe are looking for an Analytics Engineer to support our customer from retail industry. You will be part of a 3-people team of data architects and data developers responsible for designing and developing data models that serve as the foundation for business analysis and decision-making across the organization.
Your Responsibilities- Design and build data models for analytical teams as well as business and system stakeholders.
- Create and optimize advanced SQL queries that implement business requirements in an efficient and transparent way.
- Transform raw data into structured, analysis-ready models.
- Collaborate with analytics and engineering teams (data analysts, data engineers) to ensure data consistency and quality.
- Communicate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze data needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with data warehouses
- Strong proficiency in SQL (queries, stored procedures, tasks)
- Experience in cloud environments
- Experience in data model analysis and design
- Knowledge of best practices in designing, documenting, and implementing data processing workflows.
- Polish language is required. English is nice to have (technical documentation)
- Experience in retail is nice to have
