SAP Competence Manager

ELEKS is looking for a SAP Competence Manager in Croatia, Poland

Ensure SAP professionals possess the necessary skills, knowledge, and capabilities to deliver high-quality solutions. The primary focus is on developing and maintaining competency frameworks, training programs, and best practices for enterprise platform implementation and integration. This role fosters continuous learning and innovation while supporting presales and delivery excellence.

• 10 + years of experience in SAP solution implementation
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise SAP solution architecture
• Proven experience in SAP S/4
  
  HANA migrations and SAP BTP integration
• Wide knowledge of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP) and the broader SAP solution portfolio
• Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, Focused Build, and ALM tools
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, databases, and potentially programming languages like ABAP, Java, or SQL is beneficial
• SAP S/4
  
  HANA Architecture & Deployment:
  Deep understanding of on-premise and cloud editions, including migration strategies
• Enterprise ALM & Dev Ops for SAP:
  Expertise in SAP Solution Manager, Focused Build, and integration with CI/CD pipelines
• Integration Frameworks:
  Advanced knowledge of SAP Integration Suite, BTP (Business Technology Platform), and third-party API integration
• SAP Modules:
  
  Wide knowledge of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP) and the broader SAP solution portfolio
• Security & Compliance:
  Familiarity with GDPR, and SAP GRC for governance and risk management
• Custom Development:
  Proficiency in ABAP, CDS Views, SAP Fiori/UI5, and extensibility options in S/4
  
  HANA
• Data Modeling & Analytics:
  Advanced skills in SAP BW/4
  
  HANA, Embedded Analytics, and integration with SAP Analytics Cloud
• Integration with Enterprise Ecosystem:
  Knowledge of connecting SAP with Microsoft 365, Azure, and other ERP/CRM systems
• Application Lifecycle Management (ALM):
  Expertise in transport management, version control (Git), and automated deployments
• Performance Optimization:
  Understanding of workload balancing, system tuning, and high-availability setups
• Security Roles & Authorization Concepts:
  Deep knowledge of SAP roles, profiles, and segregation of duties

  Upper-intermediate or advanced English for global communication and documentation
