An experienced and highly skilled Full Stack Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable web applications. You will be responsible for driving architectural decisions, mentoring teams, and ensuring best practices across the full development lifecycle. • Architecture & Design
• Lead the design and development of complex, scalable, and high-performance applications.
• Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
• Collaborate with architects, product managers, and business stakeholders to design system solutions.
• Development & Technical Leadership:
• Build end-to-end features using React
  
  JS/Next.js (frontend) and Node.js (backend).
• Design and implement APIs using Graph
  
  QL and REST where appropriate.
• Ensure test coverage and reliability through unit/integration testing with Jest.
• Mentorship & Team
  
  Collaboration:
• Mentor and guide engineers, ensuring continuous technical growth within the team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI, QA, and Dev Ops.
• Lead technical discussions, proof of concepts, and design reviews.
• Scalability & Performance
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness on AWS Cloud.
• Experience with Kafka
• Implement observability, monitoring, and alerting to maintain system reliability.

• Frontend:

• Languages:
  
  Type Script, JavaScript (ES6+).
• APIs:
  Graph
  
  QL, RESTful APIs.
• Testing:
  Jest, unit and integration testing frameworks.
• iMocha testing

• Experience with serverless architecture and event‑driven systems.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of performance optimization and security best practices.
• Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform/Cloud Formation).
• Excellent leadership, problem‑solving, analytical thinking, communication skills.
