Description

Our team supports this international growth by designing, building, and evolving a custom eCommerce platform that underpins the client's core e‑commerce and retail systems within a global omnichannel ecosystem.

Requirements

We are looking for a dedicated Scrum Master to act as a servant‑leader for our development team. You will be responsible for facilitating daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives, removing impediments, and shielding the team from external distractions to ensure successful delivery.

Experience

At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team.

Knowledge

Deep understanding of Agile methodology and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.).

Certifications

Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or similar certification is strongly preferred.

Tools

Proficiency in Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Azure Dev Ops, Trello).

Communication

Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate complex concepts to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have
  • Technical background or basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience working with distributed/remote teams.
