The Onboarding and Know Your Customer (OBKYC) Enabler Value Stream has been established to deliver common, group-wide onboarding and KYC capabilities and services. It brings together business, operations and technology colleagues to co-design and build solutions to deliver better products and services for our customers.

This value stream is intended to deliver towards our Future State Architecture (FSA) and the Digital Acceleration Programme - enabling a consistent approach in how we deliver change across the bank to facilitate improving the experience of our customers, the resilience of our infrastructure, and allow us to embrace innovative technologies.

About Onboarding and Know Your Customer Value Stream

OBKYC scope incorporates onboarding products, platforms, and a delivery capability particularly suited to client-aligned agile delivery  products provide our CIB and Private Banking client base with onboarding capabilities to enable a best-in-class staff and client experience. Solutions are tailored to suit the client’s needs, from Treasury depts of large multi-nationals to sole traders.

• Develop and designing a strategic platform for wholesale banking client services division of
• Have hands-on expert who can code, architect/design system and understanding highly available and scalable microservice.
• Build solution with an engineering mindset, should achieve functional as well as non-functional requirements with consistence performance that help our business to grow.
• Develop and manage the professionalism, foster collaboration, adopt best practices and ensure on-time and top-quality deliveries.
• Collaborate with a global team where co-ordination activities would cross regional boundaries.
• Proactively remove impediments, see risk and communicate issues to program management.
• Identify process ineffi ciencies and fi nd innovative and programmatic ways to eliminate them.

• Strong Java knowledge
• Must be able to debug the existing code, extend the functionality and/or fix issues if any.
• Understanding of micro service architecture and ability to write REST APIs
• Can write sensible tests to verify functionalities and endpoints
• Has prior hands-on experience around any CI-CD tooling
• Participate in platform improvement initiatives like improvement of performance, production stability
• Self-motivated, enthusiastic and proven rapid learning capability
• Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Excellent problem-solving, interpersonal, presentation and analytical skills
• Good Knowledge database schema design. Knowledge of Postgre

• Aware of working in Dev Ops POD and expected to do production support on rotation basis
