Penta Consulting are a technology resource solutions provider to leading OEMs across the EMEA region. We are currently searching for a SAP Integration Functional Lead to join our clients team in Poland. This role is offered as a 12 month extendable contract, and occasional travel to areas across Europe will be required.
The SAP Integration Functional Lead is responsible for managing and overseeing the integration of SAP systems with external applications, platforms, and data sources. This role ensures seamless data flow, system interoperability, and compliance with integration standards. The position requires strong functional knowledge of SAP modules, integration technologies, and business processes to deliver robust and scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Define and implement integration strategies for SAP systems with third‑party applications and enterprise platforms.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Ensure accurate and efficient data exchange between SAP and external systems using middleware tools (e.g., SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, APIs).
- Monitor and optimize data flow to maintain system performance and reliability.
- Adhere to interoperability standards, data governance policies, and security protocols.
- Ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements for data integration.
- Lead integration projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams including SAP functional consultants, developers, and external vendors.
- Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Maintain documentation for integration processes, configurations, and workflows.
- Identify opportunities for process automation and system enhancements.
- Stay updated on SAP integration technologies and best practices.
