As Zowie grows and brings larger enterprise customers onto our AI platform, we’re facing challenges that sit at the intersection of infrastructure, application architecture, developer experience, and enterprise clients’ requirements. These problems are rarely well‑defined upfront, there’s never a single way to solve them and they can’t be solved by tooling alone.

We’re looking for a Senior Dev Ops/Platform Engineer who enjoys taking ambiguous, cross‑team challenges and turning them into clear, usable, and reliable platform capabilities—from first understanding why the problem exists, through design and implementation, to long‑term ownership in production.

• Technological variety – to support the Product team's needs, our infrastructure consists of many technologies, like Mongo
  
  DB, Postgres, Elastic Search, Cassandra and Redis.
• Voice Technologies – as our AI Agent supports phone calls, you’ll have a chance to work with reliable and scalable SIP infrastructure.

• Are curious to understand your stakeholders, then design pragmatic solutions that account for the impact of your decisions
• Like working at the boundary between infrastructure, application architecture, and developer experience

• Take end‑to‑end ownership of initiatives: from “we have a problem” → discovery → design → implementation and delivery → rollout → maintenance
• Work with AWS and GCP infrastructure (IaC, networking, compute, IAM, secrets), secure access and authorization mechanisms (DB auth, IAM flows, audit).
• Define and implement patterns for auditability, secure access, logging, traceability, and compliance.
• Communicate with various stakeholders to understand different infrastructure‑related challenges, provide solution plans and ensure success of the initiatives you own.
• Collaborate closely with developers to understand their workflows, pain points, and constraints; ensure platform decisions improve developer experience.

• 5+ years in Dev Ops / SRE / Platform Engineering roles
• High degree of ownership and ability to drive a project from start to finish
• Experience with GCP or AWS (IAM, networking, compute, storage, common managed services)
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code in a multi‑datacenter/multi‑cloud deployment setup
• Stakeholder management skills – balancing needs of dev, infra, security, and product; handling conflicts and trade‑offs
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a pragmatic can‑do attitude
• Good familiarity with CI/CD processes and approaches

• Experience with visualization tools like Kibana, Grafana, Prometheus
• Experience with storage tech like Mongo

• Experience managing AWS costs, running backup recovery operations
• Experience with SaaS/enterprise customers (security reviews, compliance expectations)
