Responsibilities OWN & SEQUENCE THE CLOUD INF & SERVICES ROADMAP
  • Prioritize and sequence initiatives across Infra & Services (e.g., Paddle billing migration, Cloud Dashboard quality, security hardening, multi‑region, resilience & scale).
  • Lead problem discovery with Support/CS/Data and translate insights into crisp PRDs, metrics, and milestones.
  • Run weekly ops with EMs/SRE lead (triage, risk burndown, release readiness) to keep delivery on track and reduce incident/support load.
RELIABILITY, SLOs & OPERATIONAL EXCELLENCE
  • Define SLOs with SRE/Infra and enforce error budgets and guardrails for shipping.
  • Establish incident response rituals and runbooks; drive postmortems with prioritized, tracked action items.
  • Improve resilience and time‑to‑recover by tightening triage flows and strengthening release readiness.
CROSS‑TEAM ALIGNMENT, BILLING & DASHBOARD UX
  • Partner with Finance/Rev Ops on entitlements, proration, refunds, dunning, reporting, and auditability.
  • Drive alignment with Cloud Growth through shared backlog boundaries, clear interfaces/SLAs, and a recurring “interlock.”
  • Elevate Cloud Dashboard UX with Design/Frontend via improved IA, instrumentation, and usability across provisioning, usage, billing, quotas, and incident notices.
Requirements Must‑haves
  • Cloud/SaaS platform expertise: 5–8+ years in Product with 3+ years in Cloud/SaaS platform, infra, Dev Ops, or billing/entitlements domains.
  • Technical problem‑solving: comfortable diving into highly complex, technical systems and trade‑offs.
  • Operational rigor: strong project manager known for helping teams work efficiently and predictably.
  • Multi‑squad orchestration: can operate across ~1.5–2 squads, set sequencing, and make clear prioritization calls.
  • Bias to action: default to doing over endless analysis and keep momentum without sacrificing quality.
Nice‑to‑haves
  • Documentation mindset: default to writing things down to create clarity and speed.
  • Structure from chaos: enjoys bringing order, cadence, and guardrails to ambiguous problem spaces.
  • Internal user empathy: treats internal stakeholders (Infra/SRE/Support/Finance) as users.
  • Compliance familiarity: partnered on access controls, data residency signals, or vendor risk programs.
