Job OverviewAs a Senior AI Linguistic Services Manager, you will monitor linguistic and overall quality of our AI‑related service deliveries, flag quality issues early, and propose improvement steps. Your day‑to‑day operations will involve participation in innovation strategies, AI implementation into linguistic processes, optimization of AI annotation and evaluation strategies, and exploration of new creative quality management areas.
Key Responsibilities- Provide linguistic services and support for AI tasks to the production team, partners, and customers.
- Manage continuous and proactive development, design, and implementation of quality management methodologies and AI‑focused linguistic services (quality reporting and monitoring, vendor training, asset development & maintenance).
- Deliver assigned AI services tasks (e.g., enforcement of task‑specific guidelines, proactive management of quality across assigned languages and projects).
- Provide trainings to translators, annotators and other stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation in linguistic and AI workflows.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in AI language services.
- Linguistic education or equivalent work experience.
- AI‑specific courses, certificates, and trainings are a significant advantage.
- Minimum of 2 years working experience in AI Services, quality management, ideally in a client‑facing role or supporting role in AI Services setup.
- Perfect command of spoken and written English.
- Very good skills with Microsoft Office software, especially MS Excel.
- Current and practical knowledge of AI annotation and evaluation, AI prompting and LLMs.
- Very good coordinating and communication skills (providing training, communication with customers).
- Must be capable of working in a fast‑paced environment, have a flexible attitude to work and good problem resolution skills.
