Join our team as a Project Manager in Linguistic Validation, where you’ll lead creation of error‑free, culturally accurate Patient Reported Outcomes instruments through harmonization, back translation, expert and in‑country reviews, and cognitive debriefing. Acting as the main client contact, you’ll manage projects from start to finish, provide training to colleagues, and take on special initiatives that shape the future of our department—all under the guidance of experienced leadership in a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.

The Regulated Industries division is focused on developing translation and management solutions tailored to address the complex regulatory environment in force with premium sectors such as Life Sciences and Healthcare (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, CROs, healthcare companies), Finance (banks, asset management companies, insurance providers, fintech) and Legal (law firms, audit companies).

• End‑to‑end project management in Linguistic Validation.
• Coordinates and communicates with translators, research specialists, in‑country/client reviewers, and others as needed.
• Coordinates and communicates with interviewers and recruiters for the purpose of conducting debriefing interviews, analyzing results, and making recommendations for improvements.
• Ensures that projects are delivered to clients error‑free and as specified within established time frames.
• Recommends policies, procedures, and/or actions for the purpose of improving efficiency and providing direction for meeting the company’s objectives. May implement and evaluate the effectiveness of improvement initiatives.

• Experience with project management in the Linguistic Validation industry.
• Knowledge of English grammar, syntax, and word usage, and excellent proofreading skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with others contacted in the course of work; teamwork and consensus‑building skills.
• Understanding of CAT Tools and QMS (Quality Management System) is a big advantage!
