We are looking for a SAP PLM/MDM Consultant to join our global digital‑engineering consultancy driving human‑centric transformation.

Optimize product data governance, ensure data quality, and enable seamless integration across business units.

• Configure and manage SAP PLM and MDM modules to support business processes and operational efficiency.
• Support product data governance and manage the full product lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Drive compliance with data quality standards and master data management best practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and business teams to streamline data flow across departments.
• Identify and implement process improvements related to product and master data management.
• Provide technical and functional expertise during SAP PLM/MDM projects and integrations.
• Support end‑users with training, documentation, and issue resolution.

• Fluency in German (spoken and written).
• Strong hands‑on experience with SAP PLM and SAP MDM.
• Solid understanding of product lifecycle processes and master data governance.
• Ability to work collaboratively across cross‑functional teams.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in SAP integration with other enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with engineering change management, BOMs, and related PLM processes.
• Previous experience working in a manufacturing or engineering‑focused organization.
