We’re looking for motivated individuals to join the IT support team responsible for assisting users from high-profile corporate clients. In this role, you’ll help resolve technical issues, guide users through solutions, and ensure every case is handled with care from the moment it’s reported until it’s fully resolved.

• Act as the initial point of contact for end users via phone and email.
• Diagnose basic technical issues and provide first-line resolutions.
• Create and categorize support tickets, ensuring correct priority levels.
• Escalate more complex incidents to specialized support teams.
• Follow up on open cases and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure proper incident closure once the problem is resolved.

• C1 German and B1+ English level.
• Previous experience in IT Support/Customer Service is an advantage, but motivated entry-level candidates are also welcome.
• Minimum of a high school diploma.
• Willingness to work in rotating shifts.
• Good communication skills, problem-solving attitude, and readiness to learn new technologies.
