We are seeking a Lead Site Reliability Engineer to enhance and migrate observability solutions using Dynatrace.
You will play a key role in establishing advanced monitoring frameworks and deploying AI‑driven anomaly detection to improve system reliability. Responsibilities- Implement and manage Dynatrace observability solutions across distributed systems and environments
- Migrate dashboards, alerts, and telemetry from Grafana to Dynatrace ensuring data consistency and system visibility
- Design and configure telemetry ingestion pipelines utilizing the Dynatrace tool set
- Develop and operationalize service level objectives and indicators along with automated alerting frameworks aligned with business key performance indicators
- Deploy and refine AI‑driven anomaly detection and AIOps use cases to enhance root cause analysis and prevent incidents
- Create an Order‑ dashboard providing end‑to‑end visibility of order processing
- Collaborate with level 2 and level 3 support teams to extend observability scope and improve incident response workflows
- Integrate observability insights with Service Now and other IT service management tools for unified monitoring and ticket correlation
- Drive continuous improvement in mean time to detect, mean time to recover, and system resilience through proactive analysis and optimization
- Document observability architectures, dashboards, and operational runbooks in Confluence
- Experience of 5 or more years in site reliability engineering, observability, or monitoring roles
- Proven hands‑on expertise with Dynatrace, including dashboards, Smartscape, Davis AI, alerting, tagging, and service level objectives
- Strong understanding of AIOps platforms with knowledge of event correlation and anomaly detection techniques
- Familiarity with Service Now or equivalent IT service management systems for alert and ticket automation
- Experience in building and maintaining observability within Azure cloud environments
- Proficiency in scripting or automation languages such as Python or Power Shell
- Analytical and diagnostic skills focused on system reliability and performance
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills (B2+)
- Experience designing AI‑assisted observability or predictive monitoring use cases
- Familiarity with site reliability engineering metrics frameworks including service level indicators, objectives, and error budgets
- Exposure to runbook automation, incident analytics, or self‑healing workflows
