Role Overview

We are seeking a
hands-on, data-driven Business Analyst
with experience in
Capital Markets
and
Salesforce CRM
to support global technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong analytical and problem-solving skills with deep financial data fluency and a solid understanding of CRM systems.

This role will involve partnering with product owners, business stakeholders, and data engineering teams to define requirements, map data flows, validate data quality, and deliver actionable insights in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate complex business challenges into clear, measurable
  requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
  .
• Maintain and prioritize the
  data and analytics backlog
  using tools such as Jira.
• Write and review
  SQL queries
  to explore datasets, validate business logic, and perform root-cause analysis of data and integration issues.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to design and implement
  Salesforce CRM enhancements
  and ensure proper data integration with downstream systems.
• Develop and maintain
  data mapping documentation
  , data lineage, and cataloging efforts to ensure data traceability and consistency.
• Partner with data engineering and reporting teams to design dashboards and reports that deliver meaningful insights to business users.
• Monitor and enforce
  data quality standards
  , identify anomalies, and recommend sustainable corrective actions.
• Manage and track
  data-related requests and incidents
  , ensuring timely resolution and stakeholder communication.
• Support
  Agile ceremonies
  and provide regular updates on progress, risks, and dependencies.

Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience
  as a Data or Business Analyst in the
  Capital Markets
  domain.
• Strong working knowledge of
  Salesforce CRM
  , including data model understanding, reporting, and integrations with financial systems.
• Proficiency in
  SQL
  (joins, CTEs, window functions) and comfort analyzing large, complex datasets.
• Experience working with
  financial data
  —exposure to investment banking, asset management, or private equity preferred.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to perform
  root-cause analysis
  , define hypotheses, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Skilled in
  requirements gathering, data mapping, reconciliation, and documentation
  with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience with
  modern data warehouses
  (e.g., Snowflake, Redshift, or equivalent) and
  BI tools
  (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Sigma).
• Familiarity with
  Jira
  and
  Service Now
  for backlog and incident management; understanding of
  Agile delivery frameworks

• Excellent
  written and verbal communication skills
