As our Senior/Lead Technical Recruiter, you’ll build and own the full recruiting engine worldwide - sourcing, engaging, and closing world-class technical talent.
This is an intense, hands-on role with full ownership. You’ll be joining at an early and defining moment. Your work will directly shape our team, velocity, and trajectory.

Remote - this role is available across all countries with 4hr+ overlap for the US ET timezone (NYC HQ)

Where youll create impact- You’ll own end-to-end recruiting across engineering, AI/ML, product, and leadership roles
- You’ll build and deliver a high-velocity sourcing engine using creative strategies across communities, open source, and events
- You’ll collaborate with founders and hiring managers to define profiles, assessments, and positioning
- You’ll solve complex talent challenges with first-principles thinking and high-speed execution
- You’ll drive measurable hiring outcomes that accelerate Dual Entry’s growth
- You’ll manage and guide 1–2 sourcers to maximize output and scale capacity
- You’ll build our employer brand and candidate pitch from the ground up
- 4+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience in high-growth startups
- Proven track record sourcing and closing top engineering and product talent
- Deep expertise in technical sourcing, market segmentation, ATS workflows, and recruiting analytics
- Practical, high-speed recruiting approach with strong ownership
- Experience building recruiting functions, processes, and candidate experience systems
- Hardcore work ethic and high agency
- Significant equity ownership in one of the top AI companies in the world
