What You’ll Be Working On

• Bringing exceptional talent on board across the globe
• Owning the full recruitment cycle from strategy to offer
• Growing teams proactively by finding new, creative ways to attract and engage talent
• Acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers, helping shape teams that drive our success
• Building and strengthening our employer brand through meaningful candidate experiences and market presence

• 1‑2+ years’ experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
• Hands‑on experience hiring and scaling both technical and non‑technical teams across Europe
• Good understanding of TA practices and how they power a Fin Tech company’s growth
• Strong headhunting mindset – you know where to find the best people and how to win them over
• Excellent relationship‑builder who collaborates across functions with ease
• Fast, adaptable, and feedback‑driven – you thrive in a scale‑up environment
• Passionate about creating a world‑class candidate experience – because you truly love what you do
• Good command of English and fluent Russian
