Find, engage, and close top talent with speed, precision, and grit. We are looking for a tenacious recruiter to join our recruiting agency. The ideal candidate has experience working at a recruiting agency and is a highly motivated, self-sufficient recruiter.

What You’ll Do:
  • Turn client job requirements into strategy:
    Translate roles into clear, actionable sourcing campaigns.

  • Build and maintain candidate pipelines:
    Leverage Linked In, Boolean search, and creative sourcing channels to engage top talent.

  • Screen with excellence:
    Ensure only the top 1–5% of candidates move forward to clients.

  • Manage client & candidate relationships:
    Provide proactive updates, coaching, and guidance at every stage of the process.

  • Close offers and negotiations:
    Partner closely with clients and candidates to drive successful outcomes.

Responsibilities:
  • Increment and improve upon our existing recruiting strategy
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc
  • Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within the schedule
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Submit qualified candidates to clients
  • Move candidates through the client's hiring pipelines
  • Coordinate with client talent teams to negotiate and close candidates for positions
Must-haves in a Candidate:
  • Proven work experience as an Agency Recruiter (staffing agency recruiting experience is preferred)
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference checks, etc.)
  • Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in-tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc.)
  • Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Ability to deliver consistent, high-quality candidates who meet client needs.
  • Track record of building pipelines and securing top talent.
  • Skill in managing clients and candidates with urgency and professionalism.
