Talent Manager, Employee Relations, HR Manager
We’re looking for a people-focused Talent Development & People Partner to help build, scale, and elevate our talent programs as we continue to grow. This role will be a key partner to leaders and employees across the organization, with a strong focus on performance management, coaching, career development, and building programs that support engagement, growth, and long-term success.
You will operate as both a builder and a trusted advisor designing frameworks, enabling managers, and helping shape the employee experience through thoughtful development strategies.
Primary Responsibilities- Lead, refine, and scale the company’s performance management processes (annual, mid-year, quarterly, etc.).
- Partner with leaders to ensure performance expectations, feedback, and development conversations are consistent and high-quality.
- Provide coaching to managers and employees on performance improvement, goal-setting, growth, and feedback.
- Work closely with Head of People and Head of Delivery to update and maintain career paths, competencies, and progression frameworks across functions.
- Establish learning and development programs that support career growth and organizational needs for our client facing talent.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to assigned business units, supporting engagement, team health, and development needs.
What you bring
- 8-10 years of experience,5+ in Talent Development, L&D,HRBP, or similar people-focused roles, in a professional services firm, preferably serving technical client facing roles.
- Time in a client facing role within a professional services firm a plus.
- Background in maintaining and enhancing career architecture, competencies, or leveling frameworks.
- Experience coaching managers and employees at various levels in both regular performance and sensitive matters.
- Ability to build trusting relationships across all levels and influence without authority.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with evolving needs.
- Strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.
- A proactive, empathetic, people-centered approach to problem-solving.
